SUBLIMATION PRINTING

We utilise sublimation printing for various products from bannerets, flags, stubby holders, mugs, lanyards, bags, mouse mats and many more. While we can print on a limited selection of pre-made garments, we also provide custom-made apparel.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Sublimation involves applying high heat and pressure to transfer specialised dye directly into the fibres of the material. This differs from screen printing, digital, or heat transfers, which adhere to the surface of the material.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

We can only sublimate pre-made garments that are white and 100% polyester.

Depending on the type of product, we are able to print on all or a majority of the available surface area, ensuring customised orders tailored to your preferences.

Sublimation prints offer full-colour designs, yet we're unable to produce metallic or fluorescent finishes.

Sublimation prints also allow us to produce photorealistic images or utilise actual photos.

Different products have varying minimum order requirements.

Due to a number of variables, we are unable to offer a standard price list. However, we are always happy to provide an obligation free quote.

We require a high quality digital copy of your artwork however if you are unable to provide this we do offer a redraw service.

HOW TO CARE FOR SUBLIMATION PRINT

For promotional products, we advise against machine washing. Instead, use a damp cloth to remove any dirt or grime, and if necessary, follow up with a mild detergent on a damp cloth to lift any staining. Fully submerging the print or using harsh chemicals like Napisan or bleach can permanently damage the print.

We strongly recommend that garments are washed inside out, if possible, on a cold wash cycle using a mild detergent, and then hung out to dry out of direct sunlight.

Avoid ironing directly over prints, as excessive and direct heat can cause your print to fade or discolour.

We also recommend that you refrain from soaking the print in harsh chemicals like Napisan, bleach or fabric conditioners as this can cause the print to rapidly fade.

Please spot treat any stains before washing.
